| General Information:Contents:
Age Requirement /driving license:Minimum age 21 for groups A-C and 25 for D-L. A Valid driving license for last one year is required. Minimum rental:24 hours. Every hour in excess in calculated by 1\5 of days rate. Deposits:Deposits for estimated charges are the beginning of rental with a minimum of 130€ daily. No deposit is required for Credit card holders honored by Ansa international. Group D-L cannot on cash basis. Insurance:a) Death of third party public liability up to 440.000€. b) Third party property damage up to 94.000€. c) Renter's responsibility for collision damages of the rented car is up to 590€ for groups A-B 1180€ for groups C,D&G and 2650€ for groups I,E,F,H&L. Collision damage waiver (C.D.W.):On condition that the Driving Code has not violated, the renter's responsibility may be waived to 147€ for groups A-C and 340€ for the rest groups for additional daily charge of 8,82€ for the groups A-C, 11,8€ for the groups D&G and 14,7€ for the rest groups. Personal accident insurance (P.A.I.):Personal Accident Insurance can be obtained optionally for a charge of 1,8€ per day, covering the driver and all the passengers with a maximum of 14700€ per accident. Theft protection (T.P.):This applies to vehicle only. No contents. A non-waivable "Excess" 147€ applies if the vehicle is stolen for group A-C & G and 340€ for rest groups. This is also optional and can be obtained at a daily charge of 1,8€ for group A-C & G and 3,4€ for the rest groups. Taxes:All rates are subject to 18% V.A.T. and 2% Municipal tax. Gasoline:Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter. Delivery and collection:Free ANSA stations and airports. In town 5,9€, out of town 0,38€ per km for all groups. Extra working hours (21:00- 8:00) deliveries/collection 147€. Traffic fines:Ticket and attached administrative sanctions resulting from any violations during rental period are at the renter's expense. Availability:Car models are according to original planning. delivery problem however may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.
